James, only long time EIC'rs will understand you, but I concur. By the way, I'll have mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and french fried potatos, big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer. Ahhh!

Everyone have a happy 4th!! I will be having grilled chops at my in-laws. I will be safe and avoid any injuries!

Have in-laws (who are nothing like typical jokes, and are great fun) in town for the weekend. Much debate about what will be grilled tonight amongst wife and MIL - not sure what decisions have been made, but I know it'll be all good :)

This is like the 15th consecutive year it's rained on the 4th here. Oh well, looks like I'll be shooting off the fireworks in the rain. Making grilled burgers topped with chedder, mushrooms, and bluecheese.

So far I got to play golf, and then hung out by the pool with my kids.

Now at home in the AC watching a little TV and checking in on you guys!

We got the kids some sparklers for later. :smile:

Happy 4th everyone! I just finished eating a steak, collard greens, corn on the cob, and potatoes. Quite delicious.
