Capitalization of Contact Names & Auto-correct

Two Quick Questions:

(1) There are a few contact names that my phone won't auto-capitalize (in the body of the text) while i'm texting. Obviously this is a very minor issue, just wanted to see if this happens to anyone and if there are any solutions.

(2) Sometimes my auto-correct function won't work while i'm texting...very random...works majority of the time but the times that it doesn't work make me feel like I have gorilla thumbs. Any solutions?

Try going into notes and typing that name over and over again with a capital...see if it works. ?
