Syncing iPhone to Computer

I just recently had my laptop keyboard repaired this past week and to my surprise, they clerared my hard drive after the assurance that it was not necessary. I did not have any backup data prepared, so I no longer have any of my contacts, pictures, music, documents, etc. on my computer.

Is there a way that I can take my music, favorites, photos, and contacts from my iPhone and sync them to my computer?

Someone I know said they were going to try "iPhone Copy Pack" to do this exact same thing.. I googled it and there is a free trial on this... You can try it..
