so hopefully my phone is here this week. what apps can you guys recommend that i get right away. the only thing i know i want is Eno's Bloom app.

These are all loaded on my 3gs at the moment, and i have tons more in itunes, but i dont use them that often, such as tube timetables etc..

Ok, this thread makes me want to go look at every app and see what they do:

Buil in apps:
Calendar - use it all the time and with Mobile Me
Contacts - same
Mail
Safari
Maps - great when driving (use it quite often)
SMS
Camera - use it all the time (nice to have a camera with me all the time)

Downloaded Apps:
Weather Bug - ok app need a better one
Ebay
Air Sharing - keeps files on my iphone for easy access
1Password - keeps all my log in user and pwd
craigsphone - check stuff for sale on craigs list (kinda slow app though)
Handy Level - level and useful
Sports Tap - check scores
ESPN - just downloaded check scores
Bank of America - log into accounts
Flixster - check movie times
Light - when i need a flashlight
Cardstar - keychain bar codes for stores (just downloaded yet to use)

I have 9 pages of stuff, but those are the ones I use most and always looking at new ones. Son downloads all sorts of the free games so I bought him an ipod touch so I need to clean mine up.
