If your getting bored of your windows i came across this website, powertools and it adds some cool effects to windows
I really like the alt tab in particular:

Seriously though, TweakUI has been around FOREVER. It's like someone discovering WinZip and posting it today.

Did you know the windows key + D minimized all open windows and shows your desktop??

Windows-D is better because doing it again will open everything back up.
Windows + break to get to your system properties, btw.

TweakUI is seriously old and boring. I am using a Linux Mint 7 Gloria, it's pretty awesome in both graphics (appearance) and performance. It has some really cool applications, too.
