Iphone Newbie needs recommendation to unlock phone

I'm a new member of this forum and has never own an iphone before. i will be receiving my set soon when my friend returns from US.

Could you please recommend me the Best and Most "idiot proof( I'm not good with electronics/computer stuff) tool or software to unlock the phone without disrupting other functions.

I've chance upon this website and what they claim to do is quite easy" *link removed* Does anyone here purchase their stuff from them?

Wow this is some of the best disguised spam I've seen lately. Let's see what exposed you. First off posting "Newbie Needs Help" always gets lots of views. Second you claim to be "technically challenged" but knew how to insert a link in your "1st" post. As a matter of fact a link to a pay to get your cellphone unlocked page. We are far to technical here if we need to unlock we do it for free. Have a great day "Sneaky Spammer". Mark

I'm no spammer. I'm not so free to do so. I'm awaiting for my friend to get me the phone from States and i need help for unlocking and having been doing check on the net for reliable software. other than that website, another i saw was Turbo sim.

You don't have to believe me but damn.. 499 usd is hell lot of money for me so i can't afford to have my phone screwed up in the event of using wrong software or tool.

I need recommendation for reliable software for my phone, not trying to promote anything.

Please give me suggestions if anyone of you succesfully unlocked 3gs.
