Face Out Holster Fits Phone w/ Case?

Does anyone know of a face out holster that fits and iphone with a slim case. I have the Innocase II. The compatible holster is only face in and all other holsters I've run across won't allow for the phone having a slim case on it.

I believe Ivyskin has a holster where the face of the phone is outward
