Trouble winscp'ing iphone 3g 2.2.1?

hi everyone. Im trying to winscp my iphone 3g 2.2.1 8g.
Ive put in host name : 127.0.0.1 , user: root password: alphine and changed File Protecol to scp. When ever i try to login, it says

" Network Error: Software caused connection abort?"

but yet my phone jailbroked fine???

What shoud i do? anyone????

did you also download openssh from cydia as well?

Ok ive typed in alpine and have installed open ssh on cydia but its coming up with network connection error? I dont have wifi at all? is there another way i can get around this? have tried itunnel but failed to work???
