Jailbreaking and Unlocking a v1 on a Mac?

Ok help me out here. I haven't jailbroken in a long time. I just sold my v1 on eBay and I heard the 3.0 JB is out. I have a Mac and I want to JB AND unlock the phone. can someone give me a quick step-by-step guide?
