3.0 Changing SMS Bubbles Color?

Hi does anyone know how to change the color of the sms bubbles in 3.0 with winscp? I cant seem to locate where I should put the balloon_1.png and I cant seem to get "iphoneinterface tool" to work it boots up and says "waiting for iphone"

can anyone help me out?
