My jailbreak went smoothly except for when I download sms themes or keyboard themes.

I installed the Yankee SMS theme and the Macbook Black and Glossy Keyboards, checked them on Winterboard, rebooted the phone, but none of them worked. Every other app I've installed through Cydia has worked fine except for these.

Is there something with the new 3.0 software stopping these from working properly?

Yes. They're not updated to work with 3.0. Patience, the software just came out...
