Help with Applications on ITunes

My hard drive crashed so I had to re-install ITunes. I synced my Iphone with the new ITunes, but it won't transfer my applications that are already on my phone. It won't even recognize the account I had. Can someone please help me?

You probably need to authorize that computer in iTunes (iTunes sees it as a new computer).

I tried that. It says the computer is already authorized.

In itunes if you go to the Applications tab at the top, is the sync button checked so the applications sync to your phone?
