Can we now use bluetooth to exchange files between phones? I.E. mp3's?

Can we now use bluetooth to exchange files between phones? I.E. mp3's?I don't see Apple allowing for the exchange of mp3s via BT. Right now BT can be used for tethering, BT stereo headphones and earpieces.
