How to get your money back on apps

Hello I bought two apps from the istore and they do not work. How do I get my money back for them?

According to this iTunes support article on Apple's site (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3641), all iTunes sales are final. Your best bet is to contact the developer directly (there's always a link to the developer's support site/contact information) on an app's page in iTunes) to try to request one, though I'm not sure how they'll issue one to you if they agree.

no...listen to this....

i bougth and app right..and i simply didnt like it and i sended a message to apple...i did this by openin itunes and reporting a problem with that app...i wrote on the text...I MADE A MISTAKE AND THIS IS NOT THE APP I WANTED...i just wrote that..and when i checked the next day...the customer support guy said..

WERE SORRY TO HEAR THAT..YOUR MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFER BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT..BUT PLEASE REMIND YOURSELF THAT THIS IS A ONE TIME CHANCE ONLY..YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN..

an i got my money back..so virtually i got a free app..which actually cost 2.99..pretty cool huh..this will defenetly work trust me
