OS 3.0 GM Bluetooth track controls

Is anyone else having difficulty with track controls on the 3.0 update? I'm using the iOgear headphones with mic and when I pair them with the dongle the track controls work perfectly but when I pair them with the iPhone 3G itself I can't change songs. Also, I have to manually choose the headphones when a call comes in. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

yes, same with old Anycom BS-101. plays pairs and connects to telephone perfectly - but NO track control.
