Sorry if this item is posted elsewhere but a search returned zero.
I was checking around to buy a new sync/charge cable for my iPhone and came across this Matias Tune Blocker cable that offers a "prevent sync" function.

The cable seems to be of good quality based upon reviews. Looks like it can be had at 6 feet for $20 and it is in stock:

I like the fact that it comes in a 6 ft length so that I (or my game playing 5 year old twins) can have plenty of cable to spare when the phone is connected to my backup battery or primary wall charger. Also there is nothing worse than when you go into an "accidental" sync when you only want to charge.
Anybody know about this thing? I may pull the trigger and try it out.
Yes I know there are other very cheap cables out there but do not mind paying for quality/benefits if they work. Any input on this item is appreciated.
