Ultra-Case anyone?

I searched but don't find that anyone is using or commenting on any of the cases from www.ultra-case.com. The Monos, Satins, and Shinings appear to be just the stock case although in different colors (and in a matte finish in the case of the Satins). They also carry a very wide assortment of designer cases (leather, carbon fiber, etc...).

These cases fit so well that a friend of mine has one on his 3G and I had asked him why he didn't get a case to protect his iPhone. His answer: That is a case on my iPhone. Nice Apple logo on the back. I mean you really can barely tell it's on there (his is gloss black).

Have people had problems with these cases or something because unless someone can give me a reason not to, I'm ordering a couple for the two 3GSs my wife and I have arriving 6-19-09.

It looks sleek and I like some of the designs. My only concern is that it doesn't look like they protect the chrome bezel on the iPhone. Also, how does a screen protector work with this case?

You're correct about the bezel, it isn't covered by this case. If you mean a film screen protector, they work just fine.

At least the screen protector works, but I would be concerned if the iPhone were to fall face down, there would be no protection from falls, and the bezel would get dinged up as well as damage to the screen.

Yep it sure is. But that's not what I'm looking for in an iPhone case. I've tried just about everything for my V1 and would prefer a naked iPhone to the big blocky cases.

I was wondering the same thing about these cases the carbon fiber looks awesome. I think im gonna try it, should have my 3gs by late next week. it covers the bessel up great and looks awesome to boot.

Strangely, I ordered one a week ago and never got a confirmation of any kind. Was going to contact them this week.

hope I'm not too late, ordered and got Satin case from Ultra-Case and it looked great but the coating wore off within one week. E-mailed company and they suggested I BUY another one, what a joke!!!! I told them they gonna have to do better than that and they offered to send me another case, I replied that I do not want the same junky product from them and that they can send me better quality product before I make sure the word comes out about their junk cases. Their excuse was that Satin cases are "made at the beginning" so they are pore quality, well for $ CAN 24.00 I'm not willing to put up with this. Waiting for reply, will keep you posted. Ready to contact PayPal about this.

I just received my order of two Iphone covers from this vendor. They are the WORST quality Iphone covers I have ever seen. They will offer no protection for my Iphone, as they are the flimsiest plastic ever. Besides, I had to submit a dispute with PayPal to even hear back from these people about when my order would arrive, as it had been paid for three weeks and I had heard nothing from them about when I could expect my product. I went on their website, and they have no return policy for unsatisfied customers. BOOOO! Save yourself the money and go elsewhere!:042:steaming_pile

I have to say that ultra-case.com is the worst online shop I have ever seen.

They claimed that the shipping time is 1 week but I got my parcel 60 days later!
I tried to contact their customer service for the shipping status but no reply at all.

The coating of the case is awful! The feeling is something like melting rubber.
I reported the quality problem to their "customer service", They replied me 17 days later and told me to buy another case without coating. That's amazing.

Yes I did actually. I put it on and then immediately took it off. Very poor protection and seemed like the case itself would scratch the heck out of the phone.
