Camera Roll through Mobile Finder?

Is it possible to get to the pictures in my Camera Roll by using MobileFinder? I want to be able to do this without connecting my iPhone to my computer.
I'm trying to access these pictures so I can copy one to my SummerBoard Themes folder whenever I want. I made a copy of the default theme, renamed it and stuck it in SummerBoard. Hoping this will let me change the background image if I drag it in there and rename. This way I can have a different picture at the lock screen than I do on the Springboard, while having the default theme.

The camera roll is reachable from within the phone. It is found at \private\var\mobile\Media\DCIM\ and then in one of the folders under there depending upon how many pictures you have in the camera roll. The folders are named 100APPLE, 101APPLE, etc...
