Decrypter, please help..

I installed a dvd43 decrypter and while it was decrypting I cancel the process. Now, it's giving me an error that it was not properly installed. I tried to remove it from control panel and it won't allow me and it's saying to close all instances. I tried to reinstall it and it's giving the same message and also saying that my driver is not active because of that. So now I can't even use the driver. What can I do to fix or uninstall this? thanks

Kill the process if its still running.

I assume you already rebooted the computer and the problem persists. Put the computer in safe mode and uninstall it.
