Os 3.0 Final

So the final version of 3.0 has been sent to developers and it's obviously found it's way onto the interwebs already.

I'm still on 2.2.1 and I haven't tried 3.0 at all yet because of the iffy downgrade if something doesn't work. I'm on the official carrier so there's no worries about the baseband firmware but if I upgraded now would it be any different to waiting until the 18th and upgrading through iTunes the proper way?

The 3.0GM (gold master) that is floating around is the actual release code, unless something realllly bad surfaces. It apparently can be loaded on any phone, even non-beta testers.

Go for it! All reports say it is running beautifully.
