Restoring 3G to OEM

My 3G phone is on Jailbroken 3.0b5. I have tried to do the downgrade thing by putting the phone in DFU mode, but I must me doing something wrong because it keeps coming back to error 1604. Does anyone have a good step by step tutorial on how to get my phone back to 2.2.x OE condition?

Why don't you just upgrade to the new 3.0 GM? It's pretty much readily available on the internet through a search engine. :wink:
