That actually wasn't in any of the previous betas either. Only via Jailbreak.

It wasn't even mentioned or there like the bluetooth symbol always is during the announcement. We still might see it but not with 3.0.

I'm aware. However, (I think BGR) had shown that the screen were available, but not enabled in previous betas.

BGR dug into the beta code and unlocked it. Like they tricked it into thinking it was new hardware so the video recording option was unlocked.

You need a push notification app installed to see the settings and there are none currently. As soon as the servers are open you will see the updates rolling out so there is support for it.

You have to have carrier support and there are only 22 that will support it at release
