Ringer doesn't work

I turned the rocker key down today to turn the ringer volume down and it shut it off now I can't get it back on it I tried setting turned the volume stil nothing turned the rocker up and still nothing any ideas?

Turn the phone off and back on and see if that works.

I just tried that and ringer still doesn't work it also doesn't vibrate either when I get calls or texts.

I found out what was wrong I feel like a dumbarse there's a silent switch on the side by the rocker I must of bumped it LOL.
