OK, here is my idea of a dream case for the iPhone... I wonder if something like this is currently being worked on or available?
Top Loading Leather - make it a leather case with a 'push bottom' space similar to the Incase (see below)
Swivel Clip - important for those times I'm riding the motorcycle... hate when it digs into your hip
Storage pouch - Maybe an area built in on the inside flap that will allow you to store the headphones, USB cord, and cleaning cloth. should add minimal bulk to the case for just those 3 thingshttp://www.goincase.com/products/images/ES89018/detail/iphoneleatherfolioblack1.jpg
