adjusting fan speeds on new unibody Macbook?

My unibody runs around 130 degrees. Should I adjust my fan speeds and how do i?

i wouldn't bother with it, but if you feel you must tinker, use SMC fan control (http://www.eidac.de/). works really well.

hippo I knew you would have the answer. Did you see my post about my RAM issue? I just started doing some gaming on this machine and it gets pretty hot. I would just like to keep it in a "safe" zone.
