we have 2 phones, 1 of which was just replaced.
that faulty phone was backed up prior to putting it in for repair.
now the only restore option in itunes is the other original phone.
in the backup folder on the computer i can see 3 different phones' folders, including the new one, and the dates of the files match when they were backed up but i still can only see 1 choice in itunes. the new phone backup isnt even showing.
any ideas?
