Problem with the Menu Button

I've had this new 3G iPhone for 3 weeks or so, and now all of a sudden the Menu Button stopped responding... Tried to reboot, didn't help...
Please tell me if some of you has or had this problem, what should I do... Really I'm starting to panic :(

There is no "menu" button. Do you mean the actual "real" home button below the screen on the phone? If it is a legit phone, take it into a genius who will fix it for you, or replace it. Before you do that, try a restore. Plug into itunes, click restore as new device.
