App Art Gets Occasionally Overwritten

I've noticed this on a few occasions that the app art on something I newly download will overwrite an app already existing on my iPhone. Right now I have an application's artwork replacing the Calculator native app. It's a bit annoying and I believe one of the developer's on this site should submit this bug, if they haven't already.

I've had it happen to me once or twice and I just do a hard reset and it goes back to normal.

3 hard resets - no dice. Should I get used to Mr. T's picture on the Calculator app? Its from an app called iPity with Mr. T quotes... pretty funny.

The Calculator app seems to be the main one that gets overwritten while the app being downloaded remains blank. Someone who is a developer, please report this before we still have this problem when 3.0 is released publicly.
