New To IPhone Seek Apps and PC Phone Suite

Hello All,
New to IPhone, got it to keep my email in contact on the move.
Had a Nokia and loved PC Suite to organise contacts and send SMS from my computer.

Looking for PC Suite style software to load with a VISTA 32 OS.

Additionally 2 more queries.
APPS
1. Audio Books
Is there an Audio Book app that can organise your audiobooks from the ITunes music library into the IPhone AudioBook Library?

The books are all mixed up with the music and when using the iphone it does not recognise any books are available (though they are in the music library).

2. Re-Organise Icons.
There are Icons on the APP screen I don't want to look at.
Other Icons I want at the top so they are easy to find for my logic.
How do I re-organise the icons for the APPS?

Tap and hold an icon until they start to wiggle, then you can touch and drag them where ever you want to put them. In the iPod app, there is a section under "More" for audiobooks.

After your audio book is imported, right click it in itunes then click get info/options/ and under media kind make sure audio book is selected, this will keep your music separated from audiobooks in itunes and on the iphone.

Another Audiobooks newbie here. Is there a place to buy them outside of iTunes that are cheaper but I can still upload to my iPhone? For $25 I'll buy the hardcover!!

Currently looking for Patricia Cornwell, Tom Clancy, that type of books for my long commute.
