Iphone stuck in recovery mode

Dear All,

Kindly help me i was using an unlocked iphone version 1.1.4 from past 1 1/2 years without any worries and last month i restarted the phone and got stuck with the booting iphone apple logo i went to the phone market and they uploaded a new version 2.0 and given it to me and again yesterday i got the same problem when i restarted the phone and stuck with the apple logo, and i tunes is also not recognizing the phone, i tried to restore it but after downloading 18mb out of 240 mb change i am getting an error that it cannot download and i am stuck with an recovery mode option, how do i save my iphone and remove the recovery mode

Download the 2.2 FW file here and save it to your http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750

Then put the phone in DFU mode (Google DFU mode if you don't know how) and restore as a new device in iTunes. The phone should remain unlocked since it is a V1, but if you have problems with the activation, jailbreak with QuickPWN or PWNage Tool and then unlock with Yellowsn0w.

what is said is understandable but i m bit weak in techie can you send me the links where i can downloads these softwares, right now my phone is not getting booted up and i a beign shown the apple symbol, when i am trying to connect to itunes it is showing some error or the usb port is malfunctioning, as my iphone is not getting shown in itunes, how do i unlock my iphone, kindly help me in this regard.
