Hello i am thinking about getting the capsule rebel devil and was wondering about a few things.

1. If i keep the dock protector on will it still sag?
2. Is the black one the only one that sags?
3. Overall how is the case and will it protect my phone well?
4. And if it does sag can i get a replacement?

Thanks in advance.

1. Yes happened to mine.
2. No I had an Arctic one and it still sags
3. I love the case design and it protects really well, but the Sag will annoy you and so will the dirt that gets trapped inside Switcheasy's logo on the back of the case.
4. I've emailed Switcheasy about 9 times asking for my replacement, showing pictures, providing information. I havent received anything in the mail, nor have i got a reply back in email.

Very $]-[!††y Company when it comes to customer Service. If i wasnt buying the new and upcoming iPhone i'd look into buying the Speck Candy Shell Case. (http://www.speckproducts.com/products/candyshell/iphone-3g/162)

Its a very nice Alternative, and Almost All Apple Stores sell Speck Products so returning/exchanging for issues is no problem.

London, is the fit really tight? As in, do you think it will fit with an InvisibleSHIELD? I'm also thinking about the speck.

The speck wont fit an invisisheild I know that for a fact, but I belive the rebel could? I don't own a rebel though. Could someone clarify?

I have heard people say the invisible shield will fit in the rebel but it will NOT fit right.

I just got my rebel in the mail today, and so far I love it. I am trying to get the vision2 clip for the case but on the switcheasy site it says they are out of stock. Does anyone have this case and holster and what do you think about them?

I'm thinking about one of these, but am worried about the "sag."

I also can't decide between the arctic and the skeleton.

YouTube reviewer "itsmemorphious" has several lengthy case and other product reviews. Just search by name. In one of his reviews of cases, he mentions the sag and his hopes that the more recent designs have less of the problem when compared to the ones he looked for the V1.

YMMV

I have the devil. Really nice looking case and has protected my iphone from vegttable oil and a drop on the sidewalk.

1. I never used the dock protector, so I can't really tell if there has been any sag.
2. My brother has the black one, he too does not use the dock protector. And has not reported any sagging.
3. Really nice looking case and very good on protection. I have not noticed the problem London is having. The logo on the back seems big enough to be cleaned with a tooth pic or q-tip. One thing I had a problem with was the sticky screen protector. It seems to attract lots of dust and lint easily. After my 2 failed attempts, I just bought a different screen protector that was not sticky.
4. I have no idea, sorry. It is my first switcheasy case and is holding up nicely.

I have two iPhones (one I bought for my dad) and we've both got the Zagg Invisible Shields and Capsule Rebel cases. I have the all-black one, and he's got the yellow silicone with the black shell.

His works fine. No problems. My case seems to be about 1 cm too long for the phone. Either there's a gap at the top with the bottom fitting snugly, or the top's fine and the bottom sags. Even worse, the bottom edge moves around so much that it peels up my Invisible Shield.

I emailed both companies today. Zagg sent back an autoresponder message. I expect to hear from them within the next 24 to 48 hours, although I don't think this is there problem. (But I wish they'd offer the iPhone protector with an oversized trim option to take care of the edge problem with wraparound cases.)

From what I've seen here on the forum and elsewhere, I'll be lucky to get a response from SwitchEasy.

The odd thing is that I wouldn't think that there'd be that much variation between the cases. I mean, if my dad's case was too long, I'd think they were just poorly designed. Since his is fine, all I can think is they have some QC problems at the factory.

Very odd. And I'm NOT happy about this.
