Syncing new phone/old phone

When I get a new phone, how will it sync with my itunes? I will want to use all my current stuff on the new phone, will it all sync ok to a new phone? Also, if I give my old 4gb to my son, just to use as an ipod, can I sync two iphones to one itunes account, or will I have to sync the old one to a different itunes account, say on my laptop?

Everything you currently have in itunes will sync to your new device. You will have to change a few settings as it's new for email etc.

As for syncing more than one iphone- i think that's a no no. I've heard this mentioned before, i have never tried it, so i can't help you there sorry.

Yes, you can sync upto 5 devices with the same account and can put the same apps, music etc on each without having to pay again.
