I have a PC running Xp what should the settings be for the DVD Decrypter ?

It depends upon what you're trying to accomplish.

Rip a DVD? Make one long VOB file? Rip only the movie, or the entire DVD?

just want to be able to decode a dvd and then use Videora to and the movie to my Iphone
right now it breaks it into many files and videora only conerts the first one

There should be a walkthrough on there telling you what to select. The main file will be larger than the other files, and that will be the file you decrypt.
