Hey everyone. I don't know what to do. My macbook won't recognize my iphone at all. I just put a new internal hard drive in last night and reinstalled os x (10.4.11) and didn't sync my iphone til tonight and my macbook won't even recognize that there's an iphone attatched to it.

I've tried un/reinstalling itunes several times, and I've gone through several forums, including the uninstall guide on apple's website, and nothing seems to help. I'm using beta 3.0, itunes 8.2, and i have 4 out of 5 machines registered.

Any insight would be appreciated!! thanks!

Because your using beta - i think that it requires the latest USB drivers etc. I think you have to system update your Mac

yes other devices work. by system update.... you mean? lol I've had my mac for lestangan a month and I'm still learning how to work the thing. I've downloaded every software update possible.

as a sidenote, my iPhone is charging my iPhone but at an incredibly slow rate, however, the iPhone can't tell it's connected to anything and same for the MacBook.
