my iphone is going nuts

ok so i just updated to the newest itunes and now everytime i plug my phone into my computer it just keeps restarting, over and over and over again. once it's fully turned on, waits a second then restarts again. also itunes isn't even recognizing my iphone, i made sure it was authorized and idk what else to do, but any advice would be great. it only does the restarted over and over again when plugged in, it's fine if not plugged in. thanks in advance

Probably a corrupt driver. Uninstalling and then reinstalling iTunes should fix the problem.

i think it is, because i have several drivers on my laptop and i tried a different one and it did fine, really weird though
