Movie player for Iphone 3g

Is there a free movie player app for the iPhone 3g? I would like to watch lost on my phone.

I just use the IPOD application to watch movies on my iPhone. I use Handbreak to convert regular movies to MP4.

Thanks, I'm thinking along the lines of something like flash player. There is a free app from cinsay.com for the iPhone but you have to download flash player and if there is a way to do that I can't figure out how.
