Yes. You can get a signal amplifier/repeater. We have one at work. Looks like they're a couple hundred dollars just Googling around...

AT&T will be coming out with a what is basically a small AT&T tower that works over your internet. There are no details yet if they will charge a monthly fee for it but it would be great for anyone with an iphone that doesn't get good reception.
