Does anyone know if you can add UDID's to your iPhone developer account if you set it up as a personal account? I know you can with the business one but what about Personal?

Yes, you can add the IDs to personal dev accounts.

I have a personal account ($99) and you can add up to 100 devices total.

If I need testers for any apps that I create, I will let you know but at this time I don't. Thanks for asking though.
