I anxiously awaited the IPhone, stopping by the Cingular office in Thibodaux I do not know how many times to ask about it. Well, I waited in line for only about two hours to get the phone. It was certainly worth the wait!

On the day when IPhones went on sale I was surprised that there were a line of people in Thibodaux. There must have been about 25 people waiting.

What took you to San Diego? I grew up in San Jose.

By the way, this Friday I will be moving away from Louisiana going to Augusta Georgia due to a job transfer.

Yes Augusta is quite nice. I lived in the area from 1992 to 1999 at which point I moved overseas to India. I remember just a week or so after I moved watching the Masters on TV there in Pune thinking to myself: "why in the world did you move to India, look at how beautiful Augusta is"

ROFL my wife was 6th in line at the Thibodeaux Cingular getting my
iPhone for me. Were you the guy she said camped since 8am that morning,
he was first in line.

Did you get the kids an IPhone too, as well as the wife?

hehe One is 9, the other is 4.... I don't think they are ready for the
aw inspiring power of the iPhone yet, let alone a regular cell.
The wife actually don't like the iPhone, she thinks it has more features
than she needs. I told her she could get the 4gb when she went to
pick mine up.
