Taking Comcast email addresses to Outlook Express for an iPhone

After purchasing a new iPhone 3G I've been trying to get my email address book into my Outlook Express that will download to my iPhone. Does anyone know how?

When syncing choose "Windows Address Book," not Outlook, Outlook Express and Outlook are two different things.

I am trying to download my Comcast email addresses into Outlook Express 6 and I can't do it. When I export the address book from Comcast it creates a .csv file. The import on Outlook Express only accepts .wab files. Can anyone give me a solution. I've been trying to solve this since Monday.
