iPhone- buy in USA, use in Europe???

Hi:)
I am in the USA for the summer but come from Bulgaria. I really want iPhone but I am not sure if I can use it in Bulgaria. Do you think that they will release iPhones free of obligation to sign a contract till the end of september and if yes is it possible to use it in Bulgaria.

You will be able to use the fake iphone. WIFI and ipod features only.

locked to att for five years, you dont need a contract to buy, contract is on activation, buy and take home and wait for these unlockers to get going, but i bet some features wont work or work right without the att network

shouldn't be long until att is overseas. verizon already is. you will have abilities to use it overseas anyway once we can use other sims... but you still may not have certain features

This may or may not be a function of the success of the iPhone, meaning, I doubt that anybody knows - but we can always guestimate, can't we?

I guess that Apple will stick to its policies.
