My bosses iphone was syncing email wirelessly, and she was syncing her calendar with iTunes. Her contacts weren't syncing.

I set her up to sync everything with exchange and we spent time de-duplicating her contacts. Now after we set her phone up from scratch (no songs, pics, or apps), after about 4 hours it's rebooting, all of her email disappears, and it's unresponsive until I "restore as new phone". I've worked with Apple, but the techs have given up and told her to just buy a different phone. Here are the steps I've tried:

1. re-created her account in Active Directory
2. exported her contacts to a CSV and re-imported them
3. tried syncing without calendar
4. tried syncing contacts with iTunes
4. kept track of who called right before the iphone gets hosed up, deleted that contact, recreated it, restored as new phone, and re-synced
5. We've replaced her phone 4 times in the past month
6. replaced the sim card

Apple has given up, and I've gotten some good fixes for iphone issues on this site, so I thought I'd attempt to register and ask a question.

Any help would be phenomenal. She loves her iphone (understandably), but cannot operate with it like this as she's an attorney and I'm restoring it every other day.

Thanks in advance...
