Ringtones for people who call me

Is it possible to use my ringtone so someone who calls me would hear it?

Those are called answer tones and no, not without purchasing the service through your provider and then I think you have to choose one of theirs. For AT&T it's around 5 bucks per month, people that call me can listen to a ringing telephone ;)
