View Full Version : Itunes Carrier update.

Im jailbroken and having a little issues with my Macbookpro detecting DFU mode but thats besides the point (i tried with my itouch)

Itunes keeps telling me theres a carrier update...what is it? is it safe to update or do i need to update that then attempt a restore re-jailbreak.

Did you search? Theres several threads about this. I'm not jailbroken but those who are have said it doesnt affect it. According to some site it only adds two new carrier icons for ATT.

Jailbroken, applied the carrier update, no effect whatsoever to anything.
