Hi there,

This seems to be happening to my phone more and more often and it is really annoying. My phone will have full signal and everything will seem fine I will recieve some calls but then others will go straight to vmail. I usually do not get anything saying that I had a missed call and the voicemail can take up to an hour to come through. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

Thank you!

The Apple specialists at AT&T have told me to make sure to reboot my phone once a day. Completely turning it off and then turning it on. Something about the cache and the network connections. I have been doing it and my phone has been working fine.

People have told me that they have been sent straight to voicemail as well. My phone is rarely off and has good reception. I'm pretty sure its on ATT's side.

I have the same issue. I have been doing a hard reboot each day ( hold the unlock and home button down until the phone turns off and let go when you see the apple logo).

I cannot say it solved the problem as the problem did not occur with any frequency, but it has not happened lately.

I think the daily reboot is just a fact of Iphone life. I notice small issues creep up when I forget to do it....including missing calls. I never had to reboot other smartphones as often...not a complaint just an observation.

I had to reboot both of my previous Blackberrys just as often as I have to reboot my Iphone.

Im on o2 in the uk and my phone does this also, a reboot fixes it, but annoying because you dont find out about it until someone tells you!

I had a Moto Q...needed a reboot every day. My Palm 755...I NEVER reboot that thing. Infrequently, it would reboot itself...seemed to happen at work where signal strength was weak....but it didn't seem to miss calls or texts or sluggish performance. I had a BB 8800. I didn't reboot it much either. The Iphone?....well if I don't reboot...it just does strange things...gets sluggish. I don't mind it though. I love this phone.

I only rebooted my iphone once a month back on 2.2.1.

its happened here. I gotta say, coming from sprint. AT+T's actual service......sucks lol. But the iphone makes up for it. :)

I noticed also...since jailbreaking....I definitely have to reboot daily. I didn't do it as much on stock settings. Seriously considering going back to stock.
