Lost contacts

So my phone was acting up and I did a Full restore on it, I did a data and media reset

Well prior to I had backed up my phone like twice a week since I had it.
After Restoring the phone and syncing it back up with Itunes all my contacts disapeared, I went to do a back up and it was from the same day I did the restore. My contacts were still gone...

So my question is, what happend to all the prior backups I did on my pc for my Iphone? Are they still on my PC? if so where can I find them?
I lost over 200 contacts and theres no way I can get them all back

On iTunes, where you iPhone shows up on the left hand side panel, right-click and select Restore from Backup. That should work.

Do you use Time Machine? What's in your Mac OS X Address Book right now? If there are contacts in there, you're good. If you use MobileMe, they might still be in the cloud. In either case, you could get them back. If not, you're screwed. I recommend doing an Address Book archive once in a while, to help avoid losing contacts in future.

I tried right clicking on the Iphone tab and doing a backup, But it only gives me a clean backup, ( no contacts )
My original backups from early this week arent showing up?

And im on a pc, so no mac address books
