3.0 and youtube

Has anybody found or know of a method to "enable" youtube with 3.0 ? I've found that numerous people get the message "Can Not Connect" when trying to access youtube with and without a wifi connectionhttp://eeebay.info/image/cf9b2d0406020c56599f9a93708832b5.jpg

The known method is set up as a new phone, not restore from backup.
