How to enable MMS on your iPhone 3.0

I know maybe lots of people here already know this, but I also know there are still some people dont know how to enable MMS.

A lot of discussions in the iphone software forums already on this...and there is no 'guarantee' you can get it to work. Some have mms, some don't after completing the same steps.
