I'm just wanting to know if it charges you for tethering. I don't have the option but I was just wanting to know

Yes AT&T will come out with tethering plans, the real question is going to be whether they can tell your tethering? On windows mobile (past versions anyway) the only way they could tell was by the sudden spike in data consumption...wonder if apple made it where they could tell.

It doesn't seem like they would be able to tell because iPhone users can have very large spikes in data usage.

Yes they can tell. Its just a matter of will they. You're not as anonymous as you think nowadays...
