hey guys,

so this morning i transferred all my songs to my iphone (all 3,000 of them) and now i am going through them taking off songs that dont need to be on there, like skits and songs i just dont listen to.

anyway, the songs are not coming off my iphone after i uncheck them?

am i doing something wrong? i have manually manage songs and sync checked songs checked off in the iphone menu in itunes

You are going through the songs in iTunes right? Have you made sure to click "apply settings"?

unplug - plug in your iphone open itunes on the summary Section go to options underneath

yes i have done that

so all the songs from my itunes went onto my iphone and then when my iphone is connected to my computer i go to itunes and then my iphone then to music and uncheck the songs i dont want on the phone but they never delete off the phone even though i uncheck them?

Just delete them off of iTunes, there on your computer somewhere i assume.
